Original Storytime Adventure
Engaging Storytelling: Dive into the original story of Growley and the Christmas Caper, where children will unravel the mystery of the Christmas village display. This captivating tale will ignite their imagination and set the stage for a series of exciting activities.
Meet the Characters: Join Growley and his gang as they navigate through their holiday adventure, fostering a love for storytelling and creativity.
Hands-On Festive Fun:
Create Your Own Christmas House: Each child will have the opportunity to design and build their very own Christmas house, complete with decorations and lights. This activity promotes creativity, problem-solving, and fine motor skills.
Personalised Decorations: Children will personalise their houses, choose different coloured lights, and decide which parts of their house to illuminate, encouraging individual expression and artistic flair.
Community Display: Put all the houses together to create a beautiful Christmas village display. Invite families along to join the fun, fostering a sense of community and togetherness. This display will become a cherished memory, brought out year after year.
Engineering and Problem-Solving:
Build and Navigate a Track: Children will also build a track around their Christmas town and engineer it so an electric car can navigate its way around. This hands-on activity introduces basic engineering concepts and promotes teamwork and collaboration.
